The following is my fee structure:

Initial case review	First five hours:  $150 per hour
Hourly rate	$180 per hour after initial 5 hours

Travel via air	Actual costs (receipts furnished) Per diem:  $45 Hourly rate:  $180 for "airplane seat time" only
Travel via personal coach	Actual costs including fuel and campgrounds Per diem:  $45 Hourly rate: none
